A Message from Nina

While the results of the primary election were not what we had hoped for, my gratitude is greater than my disappointment.

Thank you to every voter who placed your trust and confidence in me throughout this campaign.

Thank you to the volunteers who gave their time, the supporters who invested financially, the friends and community leaders who shared their wisdom, and especially to my family who sacrificed so much along the way.

The greatest privilege of this campaign was never the politics - it was the people.

Over the past several months, I had the opportunity to travel throughout Western Colorado listening to the stories, concerns, and hopes of people across District 54. Those conversations reminded me again and again how deeply people care about their communities, their families, and the future of rural Colorado.

I have personally congratulated my opponent and wished him success moving forward. For the sake of House District 54 and the future of our communities, I encourage supporters to remain engaged in the election ahead and continue supporting strong representation for Western Colorado.

This campaign was built on relationships, community connection, and the belief that practical leadership and respectful conversation still matter.

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who walked this journey with me.

Thank you for believing in me and for being part of this campaign.

Nina Anderson

Hello, I'm Nina!

My great-grandparents homesteaded near the Flat Tops, raising sheep and building a legacy of hard work that still echoes in my family today. I grew up feeding livestock, swathing hay, and learning resilience from the land and the people who shaped it.

That grit drove me to a career of service—first as a corporate officer, then as the owner of Express Employment Professionals, where we’ve helped thousand of job seekers find work with hundreds of local businesses.

I’ve served on various boards and councils including the Colorado Workforce Development Council and Community Hospital Board, tackling real challenges with real solutions. Now, I’m here to fight for you—protecting our agricultural heritage, enhancing rural infrastructure, and creating opportunities for families and businesses that empower every family to thrive.

Together, let’s build a future where Western Colorado stands tall.
